Can these keepsakes be used as toys?

NO, all my Animals are Decorative Keepsakes only. Memory keepsakes are designed as sentimental items, not toys. Due to the use of untested fabrics and possible small parts (such as buttons or eyes), they are not safety certified for children under 3 years old.

If the keepsake is for a child, adult supervision is advised. Embroidered eyes are available upon request for added safety.

Browse through my collection of memory bears, cushions, and other keepsakes. Each design can be customized to suit your needs and preferences. Consider the size, style, and any special features you'd like included.

Don't see what you're looking for? I absolutely encourage custom requests! If I can find a pattern for a different animal or design, I'm more than happy to create it for you.

How long does each teddy take?

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time your clothing/items are received for your memory bear to be completed. During busy periods (such as holidays), this may take slightly longer. I'll keep you updated if there are any delay

Can be Personalised

Would you like to make your keepsake even more meaningful?

I offer custom embroidery such as a name, initials, or a date, perfect for marking special memories.

Please note that standard personalisation includes short embroidery only. Longer text or phrases are available for an additional cost.

How many items of clothing do I need?

Keepsakes require a minimum (6) Baby items

For keepsakes made from adult clothing I can work with 1 item but its best to send a minimum of 2 items for contrast.

Which fabrics and items are suitable?

Best materials: 100% cotton and T-shirt jersey

Suitable items include:

Onesies, rompers, bodysuits, dresses, t-shirts, leggings, pants
Soft blankets, swaddles, cot or bassinet sheets
Baby blankets, muslin wraps, christening outfits

I cannot work with:

Silk, some satin, leather
Hand-knitted items, loose knits, lace, crochet
Swimwear, thick denim
Underwear or intimate clothing
Items that are heavily stained, soiled, or haven't been properly washed
Pet items or pet clothing

Hygiene Requirements:

I do not wash items. If items are heavily soiled, please wash before sending for hygiene purposes.

Can you create keepsakes for pets or using pet clothing?

Unfortunately, I don't work with pet clothing or pet-related items. This is due to allergen concerns and because I use the same sewing machines for creating keepsakes from children's clothing.

To maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure the safety of all my clients, especially those who may have allergies, I keep my workspace and equipment exclusively for non-pet items.

I hope you understand this policy helps me provide a safe service for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

Not enough clothing? No problem!

If you're unable to provide enough clothing or fabric, don't worry - I have a large collection of fabrics we can pair with your items. We can also work together to find the perfect additions to match your vision.

Additional costs may apply depending on fabric selection.

Can I request specific colours or designs?

I do my best to honour special requests, but the final design depends on the pattern and the clothing provided.

Do you return unused clothing?

Unused clothing and leftover fabric scraps are not returned to the customer automatically. They can be returned upon request, provided the request is made before the completed keepsakes are dispatched. Additional postage may apply depending on the amount, size and weight of the items. Any additional postage costs must be paid by the customer before dispatch.

Before Purchasing:

Postage costs for sending your items to me are not included in the listing price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check postage rates to Eglinton, WA, 6034, Australia before purchasing, as cancellations or refunds are not offered.

What happens after I order?

Once your order is confirmed, I'll send you an email with all the next steps. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response on business days; responses during weekends and holidays may take longer. I'll also ask for photos of the garments you'd like to include - this helps ensure each piece is suitable before anything is mailed.

Local customers: Drop-off and pick-up are available by appointment, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and other closures) before 5:00 PM. I'll include these details in your confirmation email. (Eglinton, WA, 6034)

Yes, I do! Gift vouchers are available and can be purchased for any keepsake value.
