How to Order
1. Place Your Order
Please place your order through the relevant product page.
2. Shipping Instructions
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with our address and simple instructions for sending the clothing.
If possible, please have clear photos of the items ready, this allows us to confirm suitability and discuss any requests before you post them.
3. Send Your Clothing
Use a waterproof mailing bag and tracked shipping when posting your parcel.
Shipping costs to us are at your own expense (postcode 3280, Warrnambool VIC — use this to calculate cost).
We’ll confirm once your parcel arrives safely.
Clothing Guide – Per Bear:
🧸 Baby clothing
24 cm bear: 3–5 items
30 cm bear: 5–8 items
40 cm bear: 10–12 items
👚 Adult clothing
24 cm bear: 1 item (at least 60 x 60 cm usable fabric)
30 cm bear: 1–2 items
40 cm bear: 2–3 items
If you have specific clothing pieces or placement requests, feel free to include a note or photos.
If any garments are unsuitable or more fabric is needed, we’ll contact you before starting.
4. Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from when your clothing arrives until your keepsake is ready to ship.
Turnaround may be longer during peak times such as Christmas.
5. Completion & Shipping
We’ll send you photos of your finished keepsake before posting.
Only leftover fabric from used garments will not be returned (unless requested).
Any full items of clothing that cannot be used will be sent back to you.
