These handmade, personalised memory animals are the perfect keepsake, carefully crafted from your baby’s (or loved one’s) cherished clothing.

Whether it’s from first outfits, a favourite blanket, or items that hold deep sentimental value, I transform your fabric into a unique, one of a kind soft toy.

How Long Does Each Teddy Take?

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time your clothing/items are received for your memory bear to be completed.

 

Before Purchasing:

Postage costs for sending your items to me are not included in the listing price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check postage rates to Warrnambool, VIC 3280, Australia before purchasing, as cancellations or refunds are not offered.

Once your order is confirmed, I’ll send you a message with all the next steps, including my postal address for sending your items. I’ll also ask for photos of the garments you’d like to include this helps ensure each piece is suitable before anything is mailed.

 How It Works:

Choose your keepsake – Entrust me with your memory — I will shape it into something exquisite and everlasting.
Send me your clothing – A single piece of fabric, steeped in meaning, becomes the soul of your heirloom.

 

How many items of clothing do I need?

Teddies require a minimum (6) Baby items or (1-2) Men's shirt or equivalent in fabric

 

 

Which fabrics are suitable? 

Most fabrics can be used except for loose knits, lace, and crochet. The preferred materials are 100% cotton and T-shirt jersey.

 

Please note: I do not wash items. If items are heavily soiled, please wash before sending for hygiene purposes

Please avoid sending bulky materials like wool, towels, faux fur, padded jackets, sequins, or heavy knits. Small items like socks, mittens, hats, or booties are not recommended.

Not enough clothing? No problem!
If you’re unable to provide enough clothing or fabric, don’t worry,I have a large collection of fabrics we can pair with your items. We can also work together to find the perfect additions to match your vision.

Additional costs may apply depending on fabric selection.

 

Christmas Orders

🎄 Christmas is an especially busy time at Posh Bear AU.
If you’d like your memory teddy completed in time for the holidays, please place your order and ensure clothing is received by the end of October.

Orders without all required items — such as garments, materials, or keepsake pieces — delivered by the end of October may not be completed in time for Christmas, though I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

Availability may vary — if all slots are filled earlier, the cut-off date could be moved forward.

Let’s make sure your bear arrives wrapped in warmth and holiday magic.

We treat each creation with respect and attention to detail. Please understand that due to the variety of materials and wear of the original garments, each bear will have its own unique look and feel. We do our best to use clean, well-kept sections of the clothing and align patterns beautifully wherever possible.

You’ll receive progress updates along the way. If you prefer not to have your keepsake shared on social media, please let us know when placing your order.

 

Important Information

• Care: Gently hand wash in cool water. Hang to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
• For display only: Our memory bears are keepsakes, not toys.

 

Delivery details

After placing your order, you will receive our postal address via email. I highly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your parcel’s safe arrival. Free local drop-off and pick-up are available in Warrnambool, VIC, by appointment only. 

 

Returns & Repairs

Each of our keepsakes is individually handcrafted using your loved one’s pre-worn clothing, making every item completely unique and full of character.

Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues with your keepsake, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We handle all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to help find a solution that feels right.
